OUR POLICIES 

All cleanings require a non-refundable DEPOSIT of $30.

                Please notify us as soon as possible with any changes or cancellations (preferably within 48 hrs)  we will always try to accommodate your schedule.

                Once you are 15 minutes late there will be a non-refundable service fee of $20 added to your final price. After 30 minutes your appointment is canceled.

                All NO CALL NO SHOWS (up to 30 minutes) will result in a canceled appointment including a 30% fee of the final price.

                We request that you secure all pets in a crate or a separate room that will not be cleaned for the safety and security of our staff as well as for the comfort of your pet.

                Note that we reserve the right to raise our rates as needed to adjust for cost, however our clients will receive notice of any rate increase.

                In addition to our standard cleaning services, we offer add on services, which can be booked with any scheduled job (any add on service must be booked at-least 24 hours in advance) Please contact for pricing sparklingworx@gmail.com or (815)496-0553

                Sparkling Guarantee :In the instance that you are unhappy with our cleaning service please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.  We will be more than happy to come back and re-clean, as long as your dissatisfaction is reported within 24 hours of the job. If you are still unhappy with our re clean we will reimburse you a partial refund depending on the circumstances. Please note to receive any refund a re clean has to be accepted.

                Sparkling WorX is insured and bonded. In any instance of breakage please contact us at (815) 496-0553 (within 72 hrs) so that we can properly accommodate you.
